a magical stay..
chef-crafted pastries rainfall shower executive suite
The executive suite mountain view was fine, it featured floor-to-ceiling windows showing lion's head and table mountain. It seemed like a dream. a plate of pastries made by the chef was waiting, such a sweet, unexpected touch.
i found the gym amenities a bit misleading. the sauna and steam room require a separate fee, even though they are advertised as part of the spa, somewhat disappointing.

The suite offered very nice views. It included not one, but two smart tvs. a dedicated bar and coffee station with a high-end coffee machine stood ready for my morning pick-me-up, just what i needed.

The breakfast buffet presented a huge range of choices, with freshly squeezed juices and artisan yoghurts. i loved the delicious pastries, sushi, and eggs made to order. I enjoyed it all so much, with the majestic view of table mountain.

nearby attractions included museums and a park. kloof street had excellent restaurants. the hotel was located a short taxi ride from the waterfront.

The hotel included a spa and a bar area. i enjoyed the spa. It really eased all my stress. the gym had two treadmills, diverse equipment, and medicine balls, offering plenty of options for a good workout.

Staff provided really good service. i received a warm welcome. room service was prompt. All my needs were met. i felt completely taken care of during my entire visit. The staff was amazing!!!

charmed by every detail!
quick support washing machine reliable internet
the staff addressed our needs quickly, this. the washing machine and dryer were useful after long days. i found the internet connection reliable too, something i always look for.
the coffee maker cabinet's corners were a bit sharp so i bumped my head once!

the hotel is near kloof street, there are great restaurants and markets. its proximity to museums is convenient. table mountain is easily accessible too.

The hotel staff were polite, helpful and efficient. They always tried their best to assist. i appreciated the quick support i received. the service was always attentive.

the gym offers a well-equipped space for workouts. there are treadmills, weights, and other equipment available. the pool area has a relaxing atmosphere and plenty of space to lounge.

flickering light small closet
The gym required a separate fee for the sauna and steam room. also, a light flickered above the bed throughout my stay. I reported it, but it wasn't fixed. it was a bit distracting. it was a shame and affected my relaxation. a small closet added to the sense of disappointment. the flickering light was irritating, expensive spa access
